The room was well-equipped with a flat-screen TV and a comfortable sitting area, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Cardiff's cultural offerings. Their housekeeping was diligent, ensuring everything stayed tidy throughout my visit. One standout feature was the infinity pool, where I enjoyed some stunning views, along with a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel also offers 24-hour reception and security, adding a layer of comfort and convenience. While the on-site restaurant serves a decent variety of dishes, I recommend exploring the local dining scene for more authentic options. If you're after a luxurious experience without completely stretching your budget, Hacienda might just be the perfect choice. Just keep in mind that there are extra costs for amenities like in-room breakfast. In my opinion, though, the value holds up nicely considering the level of comfort and accessibility to local arts.
